CC holds Focus Group to test the YouthAction Platform

Citizen commons hosted a Focus Group featuring a selection of student leaders, youth leaders, change makers and activists on 18 November 2021 to have a snapshot into our Youth Action DoSomething Social action hub.

The session focused on introducing the YouthAction DoSomething SocialAction ChangeMakers platform and getting feedback and ideas for improvements on UXUI Content Learning  Community and the different features of the platform which is been deployed as part of the From protest to action project supported by voice global.

We had volunteers from Abuja metro area share exciting ideas and very useful feedbacks, some were effected immediately and some others will be phased into our improvement plan over the coming months.

The feedback was instrumental in understanding the user’s perspective of the platform and possible improvement for better usage. Citizen Commons is very deliberate and intentional about interventions always ensuring that beneficiaries’ voices are built into programs.

The usability test was a useful step toward building a social impact virtual community for changemakers, active citizens, youth leaders, and community builders.
