A delegation of ISLE fellows will be hosted to a 10day trip to Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Kigali (Rwanda ). The delegation will explore visionary leadership in action, in a mix of cultural learning journeys and capacity development training. During this trip, delegates will engage in a range of activities including:
International Student Leadership Academy. (a global edition of our flagship Student Leadership Academy module)
Kigali Learning Journey (a 3day experiential learning on Peace and through Rwanda’s Eye)
Dubai Learning Journey (a 4day learning experience on transformational leadership)

ILSE give participants the unique opportunity to gain valuable life skills, strengthen their leadership potential, develop their character and expand their view of the world. Each delegation provides a platform for delegates to explore the world through learning journeys designed to widen their leadership skills.
